Q.  What is the state's requirement for a valid, court admissible paternity test?

A.  The testing results must be 97% or better.

Atlanta DNA Center's Requirements 

If the alleged father's DNA is found to match the Child's DNA we will continue to test additional loci until the paternal match results in 99% or higher, thus providing more conclusive results.
