*Please note that if there are two Alleged Fathers and they are related (i.e. brothers, cousins etc.) it is highly recommended that both be tested at the same time due to their known relationship and similar DNA makeup. This will allow for one Alleged Father to be included and one excluded should there be no other possible Alleged Fathers. Note: There is an additional $75 fee to perform more extensive testing for related Alleged Fathers.
PERSONAL DNA Test- for each additional Child (or Alleged Father) tested at the same time the fee is $125.
LEGAL DNA Test- for each additional Child (or Alleged Father) tested at the same time the fee is $150.

**Balances on any account(s) are due within 15 days from when the test was completed. If payment is not received by then, a 10% late fee will be assessed on the 16th day on the total remaining balance. If balances are not paid, the account will go to collection. There are no refunds provided under any circumstances.
