In an effort to better assist our clients with their financial obligations, we allow for a minimum deposit of $200 to be applied towards ANY LEGAL DNA test. The remaining balance is due within 7 business days and before any results will be released.
The deposit is non-refundable should the clients have agreed to and/or have attended their DNA collection appointments but then decide not to continue with the testing. When providing payment be sure to note the names of the participants in your case so that payment is applied to the appropriate DNA account.
