There is no expiration date on the kit itself. Once the kit has been used to collect the DNA, the specimens are still viable for 2-3 months after collection.  Each kit comes with enough materials for 1 Alleged Father, 1 Child and 1 Biological Mother.  It is optional for the Biological Mother's participation. 

When specimens have been received testing will begin immediately and results will be provided within 3-5 business days.
